Our Return Policy

We want you to love your Modern Age Skin products, and we know that buying skincare online means trusting us before you’ve tried it. Our return policy is designed to take the risk out of that first purchase.

Unopened products
You may return any unopened, unused product in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Opened products: our one-time satisfaction guarantee
If you’ve tried one of our products and it isn’t right for you, whether you simply don’t love it or your skin didn’t agree with it, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, even if it has been opened. This guarantee is available once per customer.

If you experience irritation or a reaction, stop using the product right away. We’d also be grateful if you told us about it when you contact us. Your feedback helps us and is kept confidential.

Sale items
Items purchased at a sale or promotional price can be returned for a full refund only if they are unopened and unused, within 30 days of delivery.

Free return shipping
We cover the cost of return shipping. Once your return is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return label.

How to start a return
Email customerservice@modernageskin.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. Please don’t send items back without contacting us first, because we can’t process returns that arrive without an approved request.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and confirm by email whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow a few extra days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at customerservice@modernageskin.com, with a photo if possible, and we’ll send a replacement at no cost to you.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return it under this policy and place a new order for the item you’d like.
